The selection process at GISA starts with a telephone interview or an initial interview on site. As a rule, an employee from the area for which you have applied and an employee from the personnel department conduct the interviews together.

If the first interview is positive, you will be invited for a second interview. The main focus here is on getting to know your area of responsibility and the team in which you work better. The final decision will be made after the second interview.

Yes, you can apply for multiple vacancies. To do this, select the vacancies separately in our applicant portal.

Each application is something special and personal. The application – including résumé, cover letter, and reference letter – is initially everything your future employer knows about you. Please give us the best possible impression of your qualifications and interests.

Your personal data will be stored exclusively for application purposes in our applicant management system for the duration of the current advertisement, taking into account the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). Your data will then be available to the applicant management system in the form of an applicant history for a further four months.
